The other day I posted about 'As Is' items being flagged with the " as is items are not eligible for return" message. Funny enought those same items now no longer state this so it must have been a Q error. Glad to see the policy did not change!
QVC messing with our minds again LOL ..
This item may be a customer return, vendor sample, or on-air display and is not in its originally manufactured condition. It may not be new and it may have been repackaged by QVC. Accordingly, the manufacturer may not honor any original warranty. However, QVC's standard return policy still applies.

You have to look at each " As Is " items carefully as some items are marked " Non returnable " and some you can return despite being " As Is "

What I noticed is that the Final Sale not Eligible for Returb used to be prominent in the to of the description. Now it has moved below to the add to cart.

@Teddixat I recently called CS & asked about the final sale policy if the item is defective & was told that defective items are eligible for return even if they are marked final sale. I wanted to get something I already had and liked. The only reason I'd have to return it would be if it was defective so hearing that made a difference and I ordered it.
