I took advantage of their Black Friday sale and restocked on some of the products that I use. My order was processed and shipped within hours of placing the order and that was on the 23rd and it's still on its scenic route to my house. What is the point of super fast processing if the method being shipped is slow as molasses? Nothing I ordered is critical, I am just venting and perhaps a little bit in dismay. Hope my package is enjoying its tour across this beautiful country of ours.
Maybe tomorrow???

I had the opposite experience. I ordered from the same sale and received my package in 2 days.

My order has not arrived yet either but that is to be expected with all the shipping issues these days.
Not surprised, no reason to get bothered.

I ordered on Nov. 30 and received it yesterday, 12/8. This time of year, as long as it's not for a holiday gift, I'm willing to wait as long as it takes to get here.

My Ulta packages arrive very fast. They had great promotions lately.

I ordered from Ulta yesterday and UPS notified me it'll be delivered tomorrow. Sounds good to me.
