If it had really annoyed me I would have very kindly asked them if they'd like to put the phone down and blow their nose and then we could continue the conversation.

Some may tell me that's rude, but I think it's possible this person didn't even realize what they were doing or it could be heard over the phone.

The rep probably has spring allergies. The amount of pollen this time of year is magnificent.

No matter how many times you clear your sinuses, they fill immediately.

Allergy meds only work for a short time.

Unfortunately, some people have to work even if they have sinus ,allergies, sinus problems etc...
Obliviousely we don't know ...perhaps you should of asked the
CSR ?!?!

The funniest thing that happened to me a few months ago was a kid screaming in the background when I phoned a customer service rep.......can't remember which vendor it was.

So much is going around.

I'm watching Mary DeAngelis right now and her voice seems to be on its last leg. I keep wanting to cough for her to clear it. Too bad she couldn't have stayed home to rest it.

Lol, I have heard fur babies barking and children screaming ....

A lot of CSR are working from home ...a.friend of mine does ...they're suppose to be in a quiet place 🙄

I do believe that's better than spreading germs ....

I have very bad sinus -allergy issues

At my local pharmacy, just picking up my meds ...I got a sneezing spell ...boy ...did I get the eye rolls and rude remarks ...I did have a mask on...also sneezed in the crook of.my.arm obliviousely had to lower my mask ...promptly was exiting the store ...I get it ....but I have bad allergies...I try to be as respectful as possible....unfortunately...some dont.!

@Caaareful Shopper I happened to catch a part of the show. She was struggling for sure. I thought to myself, all of the people she came in contact with will all soon be sick.

@Teddixat Mary posted this morning that her voice is completely gone so she'll be out for a while, but she hopes to be back Saturday.
