Sometimes I'll log on to USPS and then click informed delivery and I'll see a couple packages I've already received days ago but showing that they will be delivered soon.  I I'll click on the arrow to see more information and even that is not updated to show it was already delivered.  Very strange system that is not communicating with all its parts because I always get email confirmation on my phone via text.

I have an issue with Informed Delivery in that we have two accounts. One is our main delivery at a PO Box and the other is our street address. We needed to put up a mailbox and establish the street address for UPS, FedEx, etc deliveries since they don't deliver to PO Boxes and many companies use Surepost, delivering packagesto the PO for final delivery. Without a mailbox, the PO would return the package as no such address. There are some first class mail deliveries that we see coming to our street address which don't arrive for several days and we believe it is because our rural carrier holds it until she had more than one piece of mail to deliver.

I do use it, I use it through Usps.com.

After several attempts to do verification code and inputting it --same message "incorrect code"...I gave up.

 

I removed the app and will just look on the site via my email.  I think I only get 5-6 pieces of mail/week and as far as packages it's never been accurate so when I see them door that's my tracking info😉
