May be an image of text that says 'Due to the massive increase in deliveries, FedEx and UPS have joined forces and are now Fed-Up.'

Cute.

and no wonder the delivery troops feel stressed.  Just saw a USPS truck pull out of our cul de sac.  7:15 am!

I received a USPS package yesterday after 7:30 am. Notice also yesterday that UPS had started using old U-Haul trucks again, as has been case last couple years, possibly contractors they are using. Don’t care as long as I get my packages!

UPS is on my naughty list right now. A package that contains two counter stools has been riding around on the UPS truck for two business days and today will be the third day. It was originally scheduled for delivery on Saturday but spent all day riding around seeing all the other packages being delivered and at around 10 pm I got an email saying that I would get it on Monday. Ok. Same thing happened on Monday — I can see the location of the truck on the tracking page and it is within a 5 mile radius but by 10 pm no package and got another email saying today’s the day. We’ll see. The stools need to be assembled and we’re running out of time if I want to use them for T-day. Grrrrr.

@Kindaglitzy

Ours are using the U-Hauls because they have a shortage of mechanics to repair the regular UPS trucks.  And my regular driver was filling up at the local gas station recently because they also have a shortage of overnight employees that prepare the trucks for their daily deliveries.
