UPS Frustration

I've been waiting for a package and just found out UPS was unable to deliver it because they didn't have my apartment number??? I don't live in an apartment, and the address on the package has been verified as correct. I think the driver just wanted to be done with his/her route, listed the package as undeliverable, and went back to their depot . UPS customer service did offer for me to pick up my package at their facility which is located approximately an hour away from my home. (How nice!) With what we pay for shipping at the Q, why on earth would I do that??? Now they are going to locate it and try to get it out for delivery tomorrow. I know these things happen and it's not the end of the world, but it frustrates me to pay the Qs high shipping rates (when other vendors offer free shipping!) and not get the package in a timely manner. I feel much better now. {#emotions_dlg.mellow}
