Took BiBi to the vet today kicking, meowing and crying and all. Vet said that it is a tumor and needs to be removed.This is the kind of tumor that spreads into the muscles. She is staying overnight at the hospital and will be operated on in the morning. The Dr says that he has to assume it has spread. He will operate tomorrow and then send the tissue in to be examined. He did say that chances are good that they will get it all and that she is still pretty young (9 yrs old) and that she is still very active and is doing her normal things like eating, running around and jumping on things. Please continue to pray for her. The vet said he thinks everything will be fine and that if they get it all she will need to be checked periodically and they can continue to operate to remove the tumor.
