Looks like she's sticking out her tummy in the pose, maybe to appear bigger? I'd say she's heavier than a runway model, but not fat.

It's going to depend on how you carry it. At 5' 2 1/2" size 10 is pretty perfect for me. I can even do a size 12 and have it look.

Well, we're both perfect then.
