Didn't have turkey this year.  I usually like enough leftovers for friday.

I was a guest on Thanksgiving. Cooked my turkey breast for dinner tonight so I will be starting on leftovers tomorrow. I did have leftover mashed potatoes and store-bought cranberry sauce and gravy. Made fresh stuffing and Brussels Sprouts

No.  I tossed out the last of the turkey and lasagna today.  There was a lot of the spiral cut ham left over, we had it for breakfast this morning and I gave the rest of the the ham slices to my niece.  The lasagna and the ham were the stars of Thanksgiving.  No one was really into the turkey this year.

No way....my days of cooking a turkey, having leftovers, and getting rid of the carcass are long gone! We had dinner with family - they smoked a turkey and we brought home just enough for DH to have another meal. I'm not big on turkey and I've never cooked down turkey bones (or whatever is supposed to be done with them!).

@jannabelle1  I don’t know if it would be called cooking down turkey bones, but I put the carcass with any of the meat leftover on it in a pot with water, carrots, celery, onions and cook for a few hours. Pick off the meat and then have a big pot of turkey soup. We enjoy it for the cold winter days.

Made turkey soup today.  We had leftovers yesterday.   One day of leftovers is about all the family really likes.   The soup we had today for dinner  and will take in lunches tomorrow.

We started with a thirteen pound bird (for three people)  and we made two packages of stuffing (we love stuffing).  We have been eating it in some form everyday but still have 1/2 bird (almost no stuffing).  We are getting tired of turkey so we 'll get out foodsaver tomorrow.

I love leftover turkey. So much you can make with it. I made a big turkey pot pie among other things. I froze a little for a future meal.

I enjoy reading how many of us made stock to use during the cold winter ahead.
