I first read the title as tubeless ToothPaste!{#emotions_dlg.laugh}

I need more coffee!

Anyway, wouldn't the paper roll degrade anyway in a landfill? Maybe its the amount of trees used to make the tube that the company is concerned about?

I'm ambivalent, since I recycle my tube anyway. But for those areas without a recycling program, sounds like a great idea.

I've seen it advertised on tv but haven't yet looked for it in my local stores.

Now what will thousands of pre-schoolers cover with glitter & ribbon to give to their Moms for Mothers Day?

The companies have already made it narrower and thinner and have a larger hole for the roll. It's just another way to make profits for them.

I have been buying this for at least one year....maybe my city was a test market!

I like it a lot, but you have to be careful to make sure it's centered correctly, or it won't "roll."

I thought the idea sounded familiar too.

I won't go tubeless.

I recycle my TP tubes. So no issue here.

They better not do that with paper towels, or our dog will be DEVASTATED! {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

I'd rather see them do something about plastic water bottles.

I was just thinking the same thing. What will all the kiddie crafters do now?
