True Grit (2010)

I remember reading the book when I took an American History class in college. DH and I went and saw it last night, and it was very good. I'm not much of a Jeff Bridges or Matt Damon fan, but we both thought it was worth the price of admission. Hailee Steinfeld was excellent as Maddie, and her character certainly was able to keep up with Rooster Cogburn. I'm not much into westerns, but I would recommend going to see it if you have the opportunity. No offense to The Duke.
