Ever since yesterday when I go to qvc.com on my pc the page looks different. I am unable to search anything, access my account, see a menu, or do any navigating. I thought it was a fluke yesterday but it's the same way today. I called CS & they said there is no one I could talk to regarding a website issue. The girl I spoke to also said another customer called earlier with the same issue. I wonder what's going on?

Email the Mods here at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com and describe your problem.
They can contact the various departments., including IT to report your problem.
They're very quick to respond and help if they can!

@MamaB, There are known issues with the login process, but your report sounds different and more extensive.
-- The first thing to try is to delete all browser cookies/cache/website data, quit the browser and relaunch it.
-- The 2nd would be to try a different browser.
-- Additionally, be sure your operating system and browser software are the most current versions.
-- If those don't help, rather than using a bookmark/favorite to access QVC, go to your search engine, search for QVC, then access the website directly from there.
QVC's website has been going through some weird changes and when they "update" their software often the old cookies and data or the old bookmark/favorite links don't communicate well with the changes. It's unfortunate, but this website isn't user friendly so we're left to our own troubleshooting.
Also, as @KingstonsMom said, an email to the QVC Social Team is a great resource.

I'm using Chrome and I'm not having any problem.

For me, Firefox will not allow me to put in my cart or purchase. Each time I click on add to cart, a red thick bar comes up and says, Contact Customer Service.
On same computer, I move to Chrome browser, the item goes in cart and purchase can be made.
Would be nice if we could get IT assistance.
