It's been no problem until last night. My password did not work.i couldn't proceed to checkout to purchase, all evening-
Tried again today, and now a new twist it asks the "I'm not a robot" verify thing, to check the boxes. So, I followed along and did it 5 times and still, it wouldn't log me in...
I called CS and they said I need to use a different device / browser-
They expect me to jump through hoops to purchase?? It's not my bank...! Is this the future of online ordering? Uhhh, no, Not purchasing if it's bothersome and annoying. Has anyone else noticed this recently?

No haven't had a problem siging in. My favorite browser is Firefox and haven't a problem so far with any website.
Like you said, you have a choice and you did what's best for you.
I've read posts here at QVC of Posters saying they can't check out. I had that problem yesterday. I clicked it once and nothing happened. Left it alone because I knew if I kept on clicking I would end up with more of the item when I only needed one. Lest than five minutes later I received an email thanking me for my purchase and the delivery date.

Safari does that from time to time on different websites. I just switch to Firefox or chrome, log in to the website, and then can check out. It's not a big deal and happens to everyone.

I had that happen a few months ago but cleared the chache and rebooted. Things then went thru without an issue. Fingers are crossed that this works for you.

I've written this before but 99% of log in or other issues are because a website or app isn't compatible with a device (pc, mobile or laptop ) after one updates and the other has not yet updated. It's a common issue and usually resolves within a day or two.
However, using a different browser is very easy and not "jumping through hoops". Also has nothing to do with your bank. The direction they gave you is correct. Just switch from Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Bing, whatever to a different one. It should fix the issue. Or try a different device , ie laptop instead of iPad, etc.

@Tori3569 a lot of the Posters will use a different browser but for anyone who thinks that it's "jumping through hoops" I don't think QVC or HSN would miss a sale.
I have Chrome and Firefox but prefer Firefox but if I ever had a problem, I would switch to Chrome. My other desktop only has firefox so I guess i should download another browser on that one also.

Never a problem with HSN and shop often with them and trust them to handle some gifts for me.

I have been unable to get into HSN all day long. I have deleted cookies and chaches abd restarted computer but still nothing. I am diaabsled and cannot use a phone so email is my only form of communciation. I dont know what to do. I am hoping QVC will see this and refer this to HSN.
