I was happy to see this new product at Trader Joe's...cold coffee extract. This extract is like you get when you use a Toddy Coffee Maker. You keep the extract in the refrigerator and add hot or cold water/milk to make a drink. Its $7.99 for enough to make 12 drinks.

Unfortunately, I can't give it thumbs up. The coffee flavor isn't ideal for me. Coffee made this way is very low acid, so if you have acid reflux after drinking coffee, this might be worth a try. My son had it in milk and thought it was very good...he's 25 and pretty picky about food.
