Tracking is unavailable & I checked on my recent returns & exchanges & all the tracking #'s have changed! It's been 4 days now. I just want to let fellow QVC shoppers to write down their # if left in a dropbox or picked up by usps. I have one package I forgot to write the # down & the way things are going it will be at least 3 weeks before I know for sure that it was delivered to QVC. Everyday there's another problem to watch out for!

@DADAll the chaos makes me happy to be out of the shopping mode. Except for a few items on my EZPay list, I have no charges from here or anywhere else except for things like groceries, meds, gasoline, insurance and utilities.
It's not the chaos keeping me away because I haven't personally experienced any of that chaos, but I'm finally seeing a speck of light at the end of the tunnel as I work my way out of the excess "stuff" I've collected over the years.
I'd like to think that speck will become a beacon over the next year -- and by then maybe the retail world will have found steadier ground. And maybe I'll feel more like shopping.

@DAD I have a tip, although it may or may not be the for the problem you've had.
When I return something using the included SmartLabel, there are two bar codes on the label. There is one tracking number under each bar code. I have noticed that USPS and Newgistics http://tracking.smartlabel.com use the number under the bottom bar code, and QVC uses the number under the top bar code.
I take a picture of the label, as well as the little filled out return strip, so I'll have all the info in case it gets lost.

@DAD You don't use USPS to track returns to QVC. You need to go to tracking.newgistics.com. It will tell you when QVC receives it.

I take a photo of the shipping label on every package I send. It only takes a second and also provides me with the date.

I noticed that when I tried to track several returns, I guess I'll get used to the new way of doing things, if not I guess the Q will lose my business. CS can track your package, the post office or UPS scan your return and the Q has access to that info.

@DAD I have used prepaid return USPS labels for another vendor and at some point the USPS hands the package over to UPS and no longer handles the return.
UPS is unbearably slow and I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for my package to leave my own state afte USPS turned it over at another return station.
