Does anyone know if there will be a Tracfone TSV this year?

I am so GLAD you brought this up.  I need a cell phone -- a cheap one, just 4 emergencies.

I have had a Tracfone for the last 8 years, just for emergencies, that is all I need and use it for.

Does it take video?

I just went to the Tracfone website.  Looks like they've got plenty of choices in video ...

  • 3MP Camera /Video Recorder
    • 5MP Camera /Video Recorder
      • 5 MP Camera/1.3 MP Front Facing Camera/Video Recorder
        • 5MP Camera/VGA Front Facing Camera/Video Recorder
      • Ugh!  oh dear!  I haven't a clue HOW to use any of this stuff.

I bought a tracfone from hsn in june......best thing ever!

Does everything my husband's $700 phone does-cost $100 and triple minutes, data and texting........takes great pictures and video-love it-no more dumb phone for me.

The best thing I love about it is you can ask google anything with the microphone and get a speaking voice back with the answer.

I've been asking this question since last August! I'm sooo ready for a new Tracfone...  I wish someone from QVC could or would tell us...

@Shelbelle...my nine year old Tracfone just died. I went to Walmart and got a new one for $30. I, too, only carry it for emergencies. I called Tracfone and the person who I spoke to me was very helpful and courteous. Within 15 minutes, my new phone was in service. I was able to keep the same number and all my minutes. They even gave me two months free service.

I promise to remind myself every day that I am strong, courageous, and resilient.

I've been watching the program guide for a smartphone TSV and haven't seen one.  Usually there's one before the holidays, so I'm still hoping.  I'm going to take the plunge myself and give this a try, but I want to wait for a TSV.

Would you mind telling me what brand tracfone you have ? Mine is going to be 3 years old soon so I am looking to replace it. I have an LG.
