I find it cheaper to buy another phone bundle on the q.  You can just use the minutes, you don't have to switch phones.

I was told this too.  Buy a new phone, just for the minutes.

If you need service days buy a 1 yr card with 400 mins for $100. The mins will triple to 1200. You will also receive text & data mins with it. Since it's an Android, Tracfone now has where you can buy a lot of extra mins, data etc. DH has service untl late next year so he just added 3000 mins, 3000 text,1.5GB data & 90 days service for $100. Go to the Tracfone site, go down the page & click on See Airtime Cards Under Pay As You Go on the right side of the page. You can see all the prepaid airtime cards & prices there. They have a $15 off the 1 yr card that pops up when you go to their site. Also when DH added his it came up & wanted to know if he wanted to add 1 yr service or so many months for I think $49. Don't forget the prices don't include fees/taxes. I think with those the 1 yr card is around $120.

If you just want the minutes and don't care about the phone, HSN nearly always has the best deals.
