I am really sad to hear this, as we have quite a nice Toys R Us and Babies R Us in our town. Both are fairly new and the customer service is top notch! I love browsing the website and then printing out what I want and going into the store, and there is always someone with a smile ready to help. I realize this may not be the case in every situation, but I have had nothing but wonderful experiences there. Usually in October I take my two older grandchildren there and we have fun while they show me everything they want for Christmas....It is such a fun place for kids, I will be very sad if they close up. I know there is always Target and Walmart, but there is just something so very fun where the whole store is for kids........
