Tornadoes

Our neighbors in the south have had a devastating tornado season and my heart goes out to all that have been impacted.

Tornado season is starting late in KS. However, today is the second consecutive day for us and the the forecast doesn't look good for the next week.

I hope that we do not see the same level of damage and human impact as those in the south. I am not worried for myself. We are very used to this drill in Kansas and most of us are fortunate enough to have basements in our homes. However, some do not. These are the folks that I think of in these situations.

Reading, KS was significantly impacted last night and Tornadoes are firing up in the midwest again right now.

I wish safety to all who may be in the path of these storms.
