@sunshine45

I tried to do that but they come back and tell you to submit individual claims.

I submitted 7 claim forms this morning.  I plan on sending an email as well.  My HSN purchases haven't been declined yet, just QVC.

I hope this is a computer qlich too.

I would imagine by now TCB is very much aware of the issue, and should address it on their site, too many unhappy customers to deal with. Not fun to have to submit all those claims at once for their customers or for their CS dept.

This makes me mad.  I don't have time to babysit each transaction.  I just looked and most of mine have been declined also.  One of them was for $20 for a $250 leather bag.  That's just rude.  It says QVC declined it.  Are they so broke that they are pulling their name from rebate sites?

I wonder if the other rebate sites are having the same issue with the Q? Be Frugal still says 6% back from Q.

I don't think the problem is with the cash back services but with QVC.  One of the services I use is what used to be Shop at Home and is now called TADA (stupid name).  In the past few weeks one of my purchases was for $49 but was credited as $36. I sent them a copy of my order and they fixed it.

When I got the confirmation that it was fixed, I noticed that three other purchases were retracted.  I contacted them again because I already had received a confirmation from them at time of purchase AND did not make any returns.  They reinstated my three purchases.

This is not the first time this has happened so now I keep a close watch on purchases, percentages, and how much I should be getting back.  These services always wait a certain period of time in case there are returns or the purchase is no longer valid for some reason. QVC is transmitting incorrect information or not transmitting at all. Either human error or computer error but I believe they're the source of the problems because I read here that it happens with a number of different cash back services.

@Shelbelle @JeanLouiseFinch   I hope it's just a GLITCH.   I had to track down my $$$ last year too.  Took me at least 5 emails.

same problem.....just went in to check.

 april and may purchases have all been declined with QVC.

it is slightly over $100 of rebates!!!!

@sunshine45  @Review 2

I think it's QVC that's the problem  ... NOT TopCashBack.

I've tried many rebate sites and now exclusively use TCB.

No declines for either HSN or QVC.

The ONLY decline I've ever had with TCB was with Walmart.   I ordered a 12 pack of Premier Protein shakes and Walmart refused to pay the 7% rebate.

The problem ... and this is important .... is that no retailer is going to pay a rebate for what is considered FOOD.  Can you imagine how nuts it would be to put your weekly grocery bills -- necessities for everyone -- on a rebate site?

I was annoyed at the Walmart decision, but I understand it.

I buy lots of food items from Vitacost and always get my rebates. If the site does not designate food as being excluded, I would expect to receive my rebate.
