TopCashBack question about electronics

Sorry if this is a dumb question but TopCashBack lists different rebate amounts for things like clearance, electronics and regular items. Today it's 21 percent at HSN but for electronics, it's just 3 percent.  Does "electronics" mean anything that uses electricity?  Or is that a word they use to mean computers and iPads?  I'm asking because I was going to purchase an air fryer. If that is considered an electronic, the rebate would be better at another site. Thanks.

An air fryer is an appliance. An electronic would be televisions, dvd player, computer, laptop, Ipad, cameras, printers and radios.
