None of my HSN or QVC purchases have shown up since some time in late July.  So, I submitted claims for all except the most recent purchases.  That's only about 5 or 6 claims in total.  For each of these claims I recevied this response with varying dates.  I'm assuming they're saying that they wait a certain period of time for the vendor to report my purchase?  Siince their E-mail doesn't specify which claim it is addressing, I just have to assume that each date corresponds to a certain period of time after my purchase date.  I don't remember ever having to wait so long for my purchases to show up as pending before, and other sites are always within a few days of the purchase.  The date below would correspond to 60 days from my date of purchase of the first item I submitted a claim for.

"Just to let you know that we have received your Missing Cashback Claim for HSN. Your claim has been put 'On Ice' pending a set period before which we can accept your claim (incase it tracks correctly in the meanwhile).

Once this period has elapsed as per the date below, we will notify you by email once we have been able to submit your claim.
On Ice. We will automatically submit this to the merchant after 20 Oct 22."

Yes, this is usually hpw they handle things but you can send them a Nudge as they call it. It may take some time but they will solve your issues, one way or another. Requires patience, they make you sweat it out.

Re: TopCashBack Claim on Ice?

I know they have to wait until the returns window is over before considering that rebate amount as payable but that seems like a really long time.

Seems like her credits have not shown up at all from the time of purchase. You can file a claim if they dont show up within 7 days of purchase.

@Icegoddess    I think you need to consider using a new rebate site.

@Shelbelle correct.  I know they usually show up as Pending until the return window has closed.  I have no problem with that.  I've never had a purchase outright denied.  But, at least they show up.  And, all of my claims are for dates that they have in their system for me accessing HSN/QVC from their site.

It's the first time for me having this sort of problem with them.

Re: TopCashBack Claim on Ice?

I have had a few declined, but they always provide me a good reason, we just have to accept that these sites are very volatile and the slightest glitch can throw it off from getting the credits.

Top Cashback is often by far the highest paying site, I would never change from them, I buy from HSN a lot and often they are 20% back, like today. I am no longer a Q shopper, in a long time so I cant comment on them. HSN rebates frim TCB are usually credited within an hour of time of purchase, and I get them even if I use an undesignated coupon. I use other sites only when they are offering a higher rate.

TCB today has an extra 2.50 back on a $15 purchase too. Must activate it on their site.

Re: TopCashBack Claim on Ice?

@Shelbelle Do you know if they don't do cash back for clearance or TSV items?  I've never seen anything on their site that mentions that.  In any event, I would still expect it to show up and shown as declined.

I'm not a fan of TopCashback I much prefer Rakutan and have received many rebate checks timely. I signed up for Topcashback over a yr ago and since I never got a rebate check I stopped using them

@Goodie2shoes I like Rakuten also.  I've never had an issue.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
