was under the influence of Marijuana? Do they do drug testing ?

I know NASCAR performs random drug tests on drivers throughout the racing season, perhaps the Sprint car organization would benefit by doing the same.

They probably performed the drug testing for the autopsy.

Yeah, I was pretty sure he wouldn't be charged. I don't mind that they sent this to a jury though, just to make sure it was thoroughly looked at but pretty much everyone knew he would be exonerated. I haven't read the articles though, was Kevin Ward found to be indeed high or did he just have marijuana in his system. It can stay in there for over a month I believe.

District Attorney Michael Tantillo also said Ward was under the influence of marijuana that night ""enough to impair judgment.""

Sorry, but from what I've seen, this was nothing more than a tragic accident.
Kevin got out of his car when several other cars were racing by and was trying to run between them ..... and Tony Stewart was expected to stop on a dime?
When you're going 90+ miles per hour, what's up ahead on the road sure comes at you awfully FAST!
Could you react that quickly? ![]()
