I do under but @MamaWick is correct with the patent showing it over. Seth Wheeler is a little known hometown guy and I've even visited his grave. He's buried in the same place as former President Arthur but sadly this hero doesn't have a marker as nice. Actually you can barely read it. The injustice of it all.
