O.CO I just returned my last order to them. They were formerly known as Overstock.com. I purchased a pair of shoes that wound up not being a good fit. Their return procedure is very complicated but that's not the worst of it. When I went online to follow return instructions, I was informed that my shoes were unreturnable. Nevertheless, I proceeded as if I hadn't received that message and, sure enough, I was able to print a return label. However, they charged me 8 bucks just to return the item...plus the postage. I gave them a piece of my mind under comments but will NEVER order from them again. They are totally disreputable.
