I agree that Brittany always does an exemplory job AND is very pleasant in the process.

Sometimes one must drop the hammer and, hopefully, people understand that and let her do her job.  But when I see her name I always want to read what she has to say.

I enjoyed a vivid term Brittany used today, "thread grooming," to describe the process of tidying up a discussion that has developed some rough patches.  We do get quite untidy on here sometimes.
