Home all day waiting for needed things and they said online they stopped by but they did not. This is not the first time they have done this.......yet when I was gone the other day they left my big box of my shark vacuum (I love it by the way) right in my front door area where anyone could have gotten it. I mean the man just lied saying he stopped here today. Anyway they will deliver tomorrow and I told them to leave it whether I am here or not. ugh.......

I've had very good service with UPS but FedEx is another story.

I have never had any problems with UPS. I am sorry that you are having issues and I hope your package is delivered tomorrow as promised.

I haven't had many issues with my local UPS, but the hubs, that is another story. Had a Christmas gift go on and off the truck three times. Calling the 800 number was useless. I was almost ready to drive to the hub to pick it up myself.

If you haven't had problems with your local UPS service, consider yourself lucky. Service has gone downhill where I live. Along other problems, they didn't deliver a package to me on my "guaranteed delivery date" because (according to them ) the address didn't include an apartment number. I don't live in an apartment, and there aren't even any apartments in my entire neighborhood.

They're not supposed to leave your merchandise on the ground out in the open unattended and you can be sure they'd be screaming like a banshee if someone did that to their prepaid goods. Our UPS route driver made the rounds here today at 6PM...they're early today as it's usually not before 7PM. You can be sure that after sitting in a hot truck all day buying cosmetics or supplements is out of the question. They are just hurting themselves with a loss of revenue from long time customers who can well afford to buy these things. More and more customers here realize that USPS is in fact more reliable with packages (although not always with letters as we all know).

Rainbow and Roses call their 800 number and complain. They need to hear it.
