QVC has established a "friends and family" culture that no other online, and I might add B&M stores have been able to do. How many times have we heard customers say on shows how much they love everything about QVC, and I do mean love. People are willing to buy regardless of price and other factors because of that culture. They will never change their sales practices until that lessens or stops.

I only bought 2 things on Q for Christmas this year. Those were items relating to the Frozen movie and for my youngest granddaughter.

It has nothing to do with anything being wrong with QVC. It had to do with what people wanted for Christmas or what I thought they would want.

I agree with everyone. I had a heck of a time finding anything to order from Q this season, and I always get a lot of presents from here.

I also get Christmas beauty product specials for myself at Christmas, but this year was awful.

What percent of their sales are electronics, beds, another Keurig or Dyson or Kitchen Aid? For sure, I wouldn't want any of those things as a Christmas gift.

QVC used to have great TSVs for the holidays: always at least one really nice and affordable watch, a set of nice flatware, party clothes, great makeup kits, etc.

Not last year and not this year. What a disappointment {#emotions_dlg.sad}
