Tipping for food delivery

When you have food delivered (pizza, Chinese, whatever), how much do you tip? Do you always tip the same amount or do you give a percentage of the total order? I do it one way and my SIL does it the other, so I'm curious about what other people do. TIA! {#emotions_dlg.sleep}
