Time for my annual thread- Christmas tree/decorations

When do you take your Christmas tree and other decorations down?

For us, it's today. Always the morning of the 26th. We just finished taking our tree down and putting everything away for the year.

I love Christmas and I plan for it for quite awhile in advance, but when the day is over for me, I want everything put away and our living room looking like it normally does.

We still have one last family dinner tonight, at my husband's nephew's house. Normally we have that on the 24th, but the scheduling didn't work for everyone in his small family this year.


Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
