Time change...Not a reminder

i have noticed that people have been really ramping up cranky this week.I think our body rhythms get out of tune until we adjust.I have a friend that is really kind hearted hit me with two almost fatal blows in one day.I don't know where that came from except to blame that lost hour...

I guess it will be better next week with warmer weather and a little sunshine in the forecast.

Re: Time change...Not a reminder

I think people are tired of the grey, cold, rain, yuk weather and we have to get the cranky out in order to enjoy the spring weather that needs to get here before we hurt each other.  LOL

Sorry your friend took it out on you.  Hope she feels better and makes it up to you somehow.

Fate whispers to her, "You cannot withstand the storm." She whispers back, "I am the storm."

Some people are just cranky and it has nothing to do with the time change.  LOL

I know for me the time change is messing with me along with the horrendous pollen. And for those of you looking for sunny weather, I feel like its gone right to summer around here - in the 80's already - too early for that heat! LOL

@riley1

I feel your pain! My red SUV is now sporting a lime green (pollen) paint job, LOL!

We're in the 80's too, but I'm okay with that, I'm a beachy warm weather kinda girl!

I hate to be cold!

But bring on the allergy meds, LOL!

It's only in the 50's today in NE Ohio, but the wind yesterday and today is totally out of control!  I took a bike ride last night (not easy pedaling against that wind), and I went for a jog at lunch today.  The wind nearly blew me into the street, and you should see my swollen eyes.......the pollen is definitely out there, even here in Ohio!

I like being on Daylight Saving time since it stays light longer, but I noticed I've really been dragging this week.  I already don't sleep well to begin with so this is just an added complication.  I'm not crabby per se, but just feel tired and taking too long to snap out of it.

@KingstonsMom - My red SUV is also green now! And, when the humidity rises the green powder turns into green slime! Been taking my allergy meds - they just seem to be working quite as well this year. The pine pollen started later than normal and is in full force - everything is green - right in time for St. Patrick's Day!! LOL

This was definitely my first thought.

I guess some people could be adversely affected, but (and with all due respect to the POV and experience of the OP) - I don't know.  I wouldn't think that it would have the kind of effect to turn 99.9% of nice people into mean, rude, especially insulting, people.

You never know here, though!  Smiley Wink

Along that vein, I just noticed that the Dennis the Menace thread got cut for going political.   Really?    Does anybody know what happened there?  I'm very curious.   (sorry - don't mean to go all screamy but was wondering)
