Thundershirt

Has anyne had good luck with this? I have a new puppy and he is 3 months old and every night he goes through a period of terrible anxiety. Not when we are sleeping, he is good then, this is between 8 and 9 pm, barking, crying, dragging his bed across the living room floor and he does this for about 20 minutes. Our dog book from Cesar Milan says to let him work through it and don't comfort him. We have been going according to the book but it is hard to listen to and watch. We have had him for a month and he is a Sheltie. During the day he is fine, and he has never cried at night when we are sleeping so for the most part he is real good, just this time every night he does the same thing over and over. I wondered if the thundershirt would help him relax. I went on their website and they also have a forum I asked on there too.
