Throw away or return to QVC ??

I read many reviews before purchasing things. I frequently notice a reviewer posting "it was awful so I threw it away". This always makes me wonder why that person did not return it to QVC and get their refund -- especially when the item is reviewed as defective.

Just a thought.......

Folks, if you get an item from QVC and it is not what you want, different than shown on TV, does not work or is defective - return it!!
