We are surrounded by wildlife here to include deer and black bears, but I have never been fortunate enough to be able to enjoy them up close in all their splendor like this!

 

We encounter them on trails, and sometimes while strolling downtown. The will stare at you as you stare at them, and then suddenly they are off and running.😁
