Thoughts on Stress Reduction



I. Do not be perfect, or even try to be.

II. Do not try to be all things to all people.

III. Do sometimes leave things undone.

IV. Do not spread yourself too thin.

V. Learn to say "no".

VI. Schedule time for yourself and for your support network.

VII. Switch yourself off, and do nothing regularly.

VIII. Don't even feel guilty for doing nothing, or saying no.

IX. Be boring, untidy, inelegant, and unattractive at
times.

X. Do not be you own worst enemy. But, be your
own best friend.
