Thought I would share an experience I had with an ebay purchase.

I purchased 2 cans of hairspray. When they arrivied one of the cans had leaked in the package and more than half of the product was gone, poor packing. I emailed the seller and they refunded me $4 for half of the can that was gone.That just seemed so weird to me they would only give you a particial credit. I am glad they made an adjustment but for part of a can? Does anyone else feel that is weird?
