What the heck is this all about????. It appears on the left side of your screen when you arae in the Community Chat forum.

I could care less if I ever make it to any of these lists......and I've been a good girl now for a long time.

They have a lot of work to do on this before they can ever call it a success.

Just try to think of the hearts as a thumbs-up or 'Like' button as is used on facebook. That's how I am using them here.

Gosh, didn't realize how late it is......gotta get this bod to bed, as I am needing my sleep now. Will have to check this out tomorrow.

Hi, ShowMe! I agree. I posted the first day I wish they'd do away with those lists. I don't like seeing them. I do like the functionality of using the "heart" within a thread the same as a "like" on Facebook. It allows us to say we agree without all the quoting and extra posts saying "ITA," etc. But only within the threads. I don't like the public tote board/leaderboard nonsense.

I only like the hearts, and only because its so much simpler to let someone know you liked their post, than replying to post, "ITA". It's also more discreet, and I think that makes a thread less confrontational, since posters can get so put off when someone disagrees with them by siding with someone else. Maybe the whole thing is just an illusion.

I don't think any of us know what that means, @Karnerblue. I've seen it asked in the ongoing thread with questions to the QVC Team, but if there are answers I've missed seeing them. I don't like rating systems or popularity contests.

I totally agree; so dumb and useless clutter. More popularity contests I suppose. I disabled tags and hearts in my preferences.

I imagine it's a function of the forum software; just a means of indicating the number of posts made by the poster. Nothing special about it; just a forum generated title.
