Just an expression.  However, I cancelled a pair of shoes because I saw another pair I liked more.  What happens - the Q shipped my cancelled shoes.  Of course, they will pay for return shipping.  I check my order status daily when I have orders.  The Q has not been sending cancelled emails not sure what is going on.  Cat Happy

Are you sure there's nothing something wrong with your email?  Maybe things are getting sent to the spam folder or blocked somehow?

 

You've started a thread about a problem with shoes from JCPenney, too, saying you didn't get any emails.

 

Just a thought.  You're certainly not having luck with shoe orders, are you?  Woman Frustrated

I cancelled two things last week and Qvc sent me the emails less than an hour after I cancelled.  Just as they always do.

@chrystaltree,  You're lucky.  Sometimes they send them to me and sometimes they do not.

For what it's worth the Q doesn't send me the emails anymore when I cancel an item and they also don't send me emails when I make my payment on my bill online either anymore.  So far when I cancel, they haven't shipped out a canceled item.

I noticed that ,too, about not getting an email saying my payment went through. But I've had a couple cancelled orders still ship. If its a TSV they seem to be sent out fast so it was just missed. Once I cancelled an order, then they sent me a letter( in the mail) stating It was shipped even though I cancelled and my shipping costs would be reimbursed. Since, I've been more careful deciding to order I haven't in a while.

@StraytoStay  OMGosh, Just recently I ordered an Isaac Cardigan in the olive color and cancelled it twice because there's an upcoming Denim & Co tsv cardian  I ordered that instead but noticed that the one from D&Co was like a dress on the model in the picture.  I ended up cancelling that one and re-ordering the Isaac one because it was much shorter in length.  Keeping my fingers crossed I only receive the Isaac one ONCE! lol lol

I rarely shop at QVc but on the rare occasion I have, I bought a pair of Halston joggers, the order sat in process for 4 days. I decided to cancel as I changed my mind. I canceled and got an immediate your order was successfully canceled on their website. I took a screenshot of that and pasted it into my files, 

 

No further email received nor needed. In the event they ship it, I email QVC Customer service, attach a screenshot of that cancellation and get their response to mail back using their label with no charge of course. 

 

I use a Q card for purchases so the charge goes to that and takes a couple weeks to get the credit. So? I haven't paid for anyting and just wait for the charge to drop off.
