Funny...I guess a lot of us can relate.  I have a nice home gym set up, but rarely use it, I'd rather walk outside...as long as it stays above 40 I'm outside, when it dips below that I'll reside to my boring treadmill and total gym.

Take time every day to enjoy where you are without a need to fix it

I watch TV while on the recumbent, watch a movie, put on a kick it up CD and try to make my 40 minutes on the bike not so boring. Kind of ME time.

 

Really makes a difference in your blood work .

 

By the way I'll be 69 in few weeks.

@pattypeep that is not at all the picture I have of you in my mind. I used to see more of your comments a few years ago when you wrote about home and family, and lazy would never be a word I'd use for you.
