I was thinking how neat it would be if every day we read something like this to help us in our every day lives. Something you've learned and you don't think anybody else knows it? Or something that you bet would help someone else in the same boat? Heck, this could even surpass 'Pancake Had Her Kittens Today', who knows. Anyway, how about just one thought at a time if you want to do this. Something came to me today out of the blue and I'll share it if you'll share something for someone-for all of us. This might sound dumb but I read it in a woman's magazine ages ago and have used it-it works.

If your grandkids, kids, or whomever just won't hold your hand when you're shopping or you are somewhere you're afraid you'll lose them, say, 'Will you please hold my hand? I'm afraid I might get lost.' Kids are so sweet. They'll grab your hand every time.

I hope this thread sticks around. Isn't it what forums are all about?
