@Jackhound Mom great thread. I thought the only food I would name would be brussel sprouts uñtil I started reading foods others would not eat. There are too many for me to list but I just can't get those brussel sprouts down!

1. Shrimp--- my dad used to use cut up shrimp for bait when he fished.....so thats how I view it--BAIT!!....Not interested in eating Lobster or Crabs either, nor octupus ....The only seafood I like is FRIED fish...........
2. Pigs Feet
3. Snails
4. Goat/Cabrito
This is how I like to see goats---
5. Meatless "meat"......I dont want to eat something I view as lab created and a "science experiment"

7. FROGS I dont care if they say it tastes LIKE chicken....

Salad dressing of any kind
Mustard
Ketchup
macaroni salad
potato salad
mayonnaise
sauerkraut
apple pie (and other fruit pies) - because I like my fruit raw
baked apples
artichokes
beets
frogs
snails
tripe
insects
rabbit
ambrosia
a large number of cheeses like limburger, bleu cheese, swiss cheese, etc.
yogurt
(I'm sure there's more, but I can't think of anything at the moment.)

I will not eat escargot, chitterlings, raw bell pepper or pigs feet. I don't eat meat, but if I did, these would never find their way into my mouth. Just the thought makes me nauseous.🤢

I'll try almost any food once, afterall, how are you going to find a new favorite, if you do not try new foods?
I've had escargot, and rather enjoyed them, love fish, salmon and trout are my favs, like liver, but there are still so many more foods out there that I want to try!
But foods that I have tried and don't like are brussle sprouts, or any cabbage, buttermilk, kale, anything hotter than a jalepeno pepper, as my body just can't handle the fire.

I was served manudo once and ate it to be polite but wasn't wild about it at all.
I don't care for lima beans because of the texture.
I wish anyone could send me their oysters, clams and any other seafoods, glad to have them.
Chicken gizzards are delicious if they are cooked right, tender.
There's not much I don't like. I won't eat food that is so spicey hot that its painful.

I am deathly allergic to bi-valve shellfish so they are a no no.
I hate calves liver. my mother made us eat it as kids. She said if we didn't we would have to have iron shots. We used to sneak pieces under the table for the dog. My sister once slipped a piece of hers into my glass of milk.
Tripe gags me.
I am one who thinks cilantro tastes like dirty feet.
I don't like Brussels sprouts unless they are smothered in bacon.
Lima beans have to be fresh and tender from the farmer's mkt or they taste "yucky"
I am not a big cooked fish eater, but I adore sushi. I am a bit concerned about the oceans. They are full of radiation and pollution. Lots of plastics found inside larger fish.
Kale has the consistency of rubber boots, I don't care how long you massage it.
I cannot eat or even smell Romano cheese without gagging. But love all the "stinky" cheeses.
mr henny ate all kinds of bugs at an event at the Museum of Natural history. I took pictures, but didn't try.
Oh, another thing I cant eat is hominy. I avoid Menudo because it is a main ingredient.
I have never had biscuit's and gravy, the though makes me shiver.
I adore chicken livers and love pickled tongue, but cant find the tongue anymore.
