As we can see by the replies on all the threads about this, our experiences continue to vary.  I reported what I see with my Mac, iPad, and my iPhone (normally don't use my phone here since my vision is compromised but wanted to see if it had the same display).
All operating system software up-to-date, tried various browsers, all browser cookies/cache/website data completely deleted, etc.  

At this point the problem in reporting is that sometimes the long list of images, with the sign-in section below them, do appear...  other times with the identical device/browser combo the images do not appear.  

The moderators know about all of this, they are not tech support but they've been sending our reports to the IT staff.

I continue to think, as I posted on other threads Saturday, that this is a new format with a new header page planned for March but mistakenly added to some of the Q servers, prematurely.
