Hi, Lotus! If you're using Internet Explorer, give Firefox (v. 27.0.1) a try. Most of the reports of problems are coming from IE users, with Chrome coming in second.

Did you install the recent update to Firefox (v. 27.0.1) and to Adobe Flash (should be v. 12.0.0.77, I believe), and are your add-ons updated? Also, have you recently deleted cookies and website data and relaunched Firefox?

I was having problems with the emoticons recently, but not these other problems.

I deleted the QVC cookie(s) and cleared my cache on Firefox, and that seemed to take care of it.

Knocking on wood... Now that I've said it's OK, I'll probably start having problems.Wink

{#emotions_dlg.laugh}Yep! We trade one problem for another one on this wonky website.

Last week the emoticons didn't work. This week, I keep getting the, 'long running script' message when I try to load a thread. I'm not having problems anywhere else, so it must be this site.

Yes, it's this site and the error message you're seeing is specific to Internet Explorer. Please, try the latest version of Firefox. It appears to be performing the best right now. Everyone always should have at least 2 browsers installed and configured, for general troubleshooting and also as an alternate when problems like this one arise.

kachina624, You can set your browser to save passwords for you if you want (in settings or preferences) so you don't have to type them in each time. Also, if you sign in, view a page, then use the back arrow it's logically going to take you back to the sign-in page.

DooB, I'm using an iPad and can't find any place to do what you kindly suggested.

On the iPad, go to Settings--->Safari--->Passwords & AutoFill. Names and Passwords should be turned on. (This is where you can also tell it to automatically fill in your name, address, etc., from your Contact info when you go to a site.)
