It's very slow. I get a "long-running script" message.

It's been like this for a few days now.

That's the same message I have been getting all week. Very aggravating.

I get it, too! I thought maybe it was my computer... it's good to see it isn't Smile

I've been having problems with it for close to a week.

Re: There is something wrong with this website...

I posted this elsewhere, but in case it helps:

With my iPad (3rd generation, iOS 7.1), the Community forums open at the usual speed. But it takes 15 to 25 seconds for a thread to open or to submit a post. I don't see any error messages.

On my iMac (OS X 10.9.2), everything is the usual speed (pages load in 2 to 3 seconds). Same results with 3 different browsers: Firefox (v. 27.0.1), Safari (v. 7.0.2), and Chrome (v. 33.0.1750.149). (I never used Internet Explorer.) I haven't seen the "long running script" (which is an Internet Explorer message you can disable if you choose to) or the "waiting for d.monetate.net."

Are most of you using Internet Explorer or an iPad when you see the slowdown and/or error messages?

I sent a report of this to QVC's website support.* I also complained about the total lack of communication between their customers and the website support staff. I think they need to establish a separate blog or forum for reports of site problems, with regular interaction by their IT staff. (I started a thread in the QVC Suggestion Box forum, if anyone's interested.)

*(If you want to report directly to their website technical staff, click "Customer Service" in the upper right corner of this page, choose "Click here to send us an email" and then choose "Using QVC.com, also click "Yes" for "Would you like a reply.")

I have internet ex plorer. It would be very nice if QVC would tell us they are sorry and say we are working hard to resolve this problem. It has been going on for days.

After having to deal with healthcare.gov, I feel like this site isn't that bad.

I haven't had a problem at all with my laptop or my Ipad. Maybe it is the browser that has a conflict with QVC. I only use firefox

I'm sick of all the signing in, especially with an eight digit password. I had to sign in four times in about five minutes. Every time I hit the "back" arrow, I had to sign in.

kachina624, You can set your browser to save passwords for you if you want (in settings or preferences) so you don't have to type them in each time. Also, if you sign in, view a page, then use the back arrow it's logically going to take you back to the sign-in page.
