I called them directly (CS gave me the phone number). I am on the list to be called back. However I don't see the post anymore, so someone must have noticed it and deleted it. I will confirm that when (and if) they call me back.

I just received a call from one of the webbies that they have indeed deleted my post. She said not to worry, that it sometimes happens when people copy and paste things from websites, that the "copy" may pick up some of the website formatting and the QVC forums do not know how to interpret that.

She said to inform everyone that it is not dangerous, there is no virus, it has been deleted, and not to be concerned about it. She was very nice.
