Cute video. I love crows, and they are smart. They also always look like they're thinking about something.

I remember a video in which a crow picked up some nuts, landed above a streetlight, and waited there until the cars ran over the nut. Then he swooped down and dug in.

I was curious about the difference between ravens and crows, so I looked it up.

Interestingly, crows are not carrion eaters. Ravens are. Crows are more social and tend to live in human populated areas. Ravens are less social and tend to live in wilder areas. They are of the same genus--corvus.

Ravens are about twice the size of crows. Crows are the ones who make the well known "caw caw" sound. The raven's call is more like "gronk gronk".

When I visit the mountains here, I always thought the big birds making that "gronk" sound were crows. Turns out they were ravens.
