The kitten is confusing the dog

We have poochiebells for the dog hanging on the sliding glass door handle. She uses them well! (in case you don't know what they are, she rings them when she has to go outside to go potty)

The kitten just rings them for the sound and fun.

The dog just keeps looking at me like "Mom, the kitten has to go out to go potty!"

(PS: the two of them together is a site to behold, they spend 90% of their awake time wrestling, usually all over me)

How does the dog respond when kitty goes potty indoors?

It's always a victory for me when I remember why I entered a room.

The bathroom doors are all closed, no access. I did give the kitten an empty TP roll the other day when the dog was in her upstairs bed still, she love that!
