The hamburgers from Rastelli

Does anyone else think they look RAW???...David might get food poisioning (I hope not)

@GoneButNotForgotten   Looks like the food stylists/prep cooks didn't do their job well as your right, the hamburgers don't look cooked at all.  My remembrance is that they label/point out which ones are okay to eat.

@TheMemphisVette As a farmers daughter, we were (long ago) allowed to butcher our own animals.  Dad's favorite, and mine also was steak tartare, only it wasn't called that in our age.  It was delicious.  Of course, we knew the beef was extremely fresh and we were very careful about sanitation in the butchering.  I still buy my hanburger from a local butcher shop, and still sneak a little bit of it, seasioned with salt, pepper, onion and enjoy it on a cracker.

The raw eggs make me really sick.....gagging just looking at them.The steak tartare I am fine with.
