One year, i got home late, forgot it was Halloween, and had no candy...naturally, when i hearth knock at the door, I had nothing..well, nothing except a basket full of packets of soy sauce, hot sauce, ketchup, mustard - well, you get the idea..

Out of desperation, I grabbed the basket, and put handfuls into each bag, hoping none of the kids would actually SEE what they were getting.....As they walked away, I heard one say.."I got Sriracha!"

I turned off the lights and went to bed...

Beauty and "looking good in your clothes" is very subjective.

As are good looking legs.

There were a ton of kids on our street. The parents drive them here and then walk with them up and down and then pile back into the car to head for another street. Heard lots of screaming and laughter too. We didn't participate again this year. The kids (and their parents) are fat enough and look like they've been eating candy all year long.

Wow. Aren't you special.

Not only special but fit, trim and healthy! No compromised immune system. Loving life!!!!

And nasty.

Guess what? Fit, trim and healthy people with no compromised immune systems have been known to keel over and die on the spot just like the people they think they're so superior to. I know this because my personal trainer dropped dead on the side of the road one afternoon while he was out on his daily 5 mile run.

Not to worry bucky....one doesn't have to run 5 miles a day to be fit and trim!

Interesting thing about the internet and anonymous forums. People can say anything they want, claim to be fit, trim healthy with great legs and a size 2. May be true, may be a fantasy. The thing they can't do though is hide a really nasty personality, and neither can that healthy trim body (if that is really what you have).

I don't have a nasty personality bucky but I do have a toned and healthy body that I am very proud of and only wish that others cared about their body and health too. What a shame that the USA is known for its fat people.

Yes I feel safe. We had 138 trick or treaters in 2 nights in our country development. No problems!

2 nights?

It also strange to read (previous years) that some towns don't have Halloween trick or treaters on October 31 (have it on a Saturday) or just have designated time frames.

Sugar is one of the worst things you can give to your body. I'm surprised you don't know that. Look it up!

Her comment about having no compromised immune system is a shot at me.

She has often made nasty remarks about my having lupus, saying she hopes I suffer. She's included my family in those comments when she's really mad.

You are totally correct that she has a nasty personality.

Found: You owe an apology not only to Noel but to all of us with family members who struggle with compromised immune systems.

Have your opinion about weight and all that, but never, ever wish somebody suffering.
