is ending. I cannot find a single thing I want to buy. My bank balance has increased and I keep looking for a major bill I haven't paid. I even have more than $300 on an Amazon gift card. surely Armageddon is looming.

@excpa ~ That is funny! I feel the same way. I bought a few things from this past Christmas in July, and a bought an out of print book from Amazon. I think the UPS guy must think I moved or something! It's a nice feeling, isn't it?

I've been feeling the same way for the past two weeks. Not about QVC because I'm not a weekly (or even monthly) buyer, but about shopping in general. Nothing I really want that much. If I can keep it up another two months I'll be CC debt-free - then I can buy a new phone, lol.

You just reminded me I still have a $100 gift card from Christmas. I really should use it for grocery shopping or something but gift cards feel like they should be used on something special or frivolous, don't they? Let me know if you come up with anything.

LOL @tansy, I haven't bought any in a while. I have been pretty well stocked after spending a fortune - and then I had a cold (still have totally annoying cough) so wasn't "consuming" because it can irritate the throat. But just this morning I made use of my ACDC ;-) At least now I have a much better idea of what not to bother with any more, and will narrow my product selection so as to hopefully only continue spending on the most effective things.

LOTS of rip-offs in the pure CBD biz - I see prices much higher than 2-3 months ago. Bandwagon & all that 👺 It pitheth me off.

@Bri36 - DS decided to move off campus to "save money." So far it seems to be costing more! He bought a lot of hand-me-downs at school from graduating seniors, but still doesn't have a desk! We're too far away to help much, so he'll have to figure things out when the semester starts!
